Who is Average Joe?
- Average Joe...aka Tom Walsh
- Average Joe is a regular guy with a family, a dog. He does his best to balance family, work, exercise and community activities. Average Joe occasionally stumbles, falls, gets frustrated and continues on…and he encourages his fellow citizens and 'athletes' to do the same.

Average Joe wants to help non-athletic, non-motivated people make a positive, lasting change in their lives. With a million workout sites on the 'Net and an endless stream of "advice", most folks who have trouble making it to the mailbox are overwhelmed. AJ pledges to listen and assist these folks by providing positive advice, tips for healthy living and proper training techniques.
